“Rene has been among the top producing sales realtors in the local area since 1992! The experience of selling hundreds of homes has brought recognition of the highest awards including Remax’s coveted Hall of Fame achievement in 2008!  Most of his business comes from satisfied repeat and referring clients as a result of his constant attention to client needs. Customized solutions are created by him while carefully advising his clients.  Rene specializes selling homes in the luxury home market (especially waterfront and country club communities). He has been a Tampa Bay resident since 1983 endorsing how great the area is to live and believes will keep growing rapidly. As a former mechanical engineer after graduating from Hofstra University in NY with a Bachelor of Science degree, engineering has taught him to provide careful attention to details necessary in frequent complicated real estate transactions.  Former playing (teaching) Tennis Pro ( #18 ranked tennis player in FL in age group during 1990 ).
